UK law allows up to 14 days from date of despatch for unused goods to be returned to a retailer for a full product value refund. The goods must be unused with original tickets/packaging.
Items must be returned to the address enclosed in all packets. We recommend using a 'recorded' postage service as we cannot be held reponsible for any goods until we have confimed reciept of returned delivery.
All goods returned will be inspected upon arrival. Items not returned in the same condition 'as new' will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Any delivery charges will not be refunded.
If a replacement item has been requested a 'new delivery' charge is required before the item is despatched. A member of our team will contact the customer to arrange this payment.
If an item if believed to have a manufactures fault, please contact the store before sending back the item. This way we can speed up the process with the product manufacture
